Multiplexed Fluorescence Lifetime in vivo FRET Imaging using a Dark Quencher

Abstract

We report the characterization of multiplexed lifetime FRET imaging in biological samples by leveraging the dark quencher IRdye QC-1. QC-1 allows to quantify non-invasively ligand-target engagement of multiple receptors in live animals bearing tumor xenografts.
