Abstract

We represent the state-of-art of solution-processed PEDOT:PSS/n-Si heterojunction solar cell. The effect of optical anisotropy of PEDOT:PSS on the photovoltaic performance is demonstrated together with the junction property at PEDOT:PSS/n-Si interface.
