Abstract

A fluorescence correction algorithm was developed for fluorescein sodium (FS), which when paired with an accurate white light analysis algorithm allows for accurate quantification of FS. The model is used to for validation in phantoms and will be further explored using in vivo measurements containing both FS and protoporphyrin IX.
