Abstract
Current instruments lack the biomechanical sensitivity required for early detection of eye diseases such as keratoconus. Here, we demonstrate the diagnostic potential of Brillouin light-scattering microscopy, a technique for spatially-resolved biomechanical measurement, in a study of ~100 subjects.
