A Reconstruction Algorithm for Bioluminescence Tomography Based on Sparse and Total Variation Regularizations

Abstract

A novel reconstruction algorithm for bioluminescence tomography was proposed by combining sparse (L1 norm) and total variation regularizations. Results of simulation image reconstructions showed that the proposed algorithm could improve the quantification of reconstructed bioluminescence sources.
