Spatial Frequency Domain Imaging for Bone Graft Healing in a Mouse Femoral Model

Abstract

A spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI) technique was applied for monitoring the healing process of mouse femoral grafts. Preliminary results show different total hemoglobin concentration in two types of bone grafts.
