Investigation on Metamaterial-based Ku-band Luneburg Lens Antennas for RCS Enhancement Application

Abstract

In this paper, two kinds of highly efficient Luneburg lens reflectors have been theoretically characterized including cross- and box-type. By adding a metallic reflecting face, the greater RCS and good wide-angle response have been achieved.
