Fabrication of Anti-reflective Microstructured Silicon Surfaces Using Nanosecond Fiber Laser Texturing

Abstract

Nanosecond laser fabricated microstructures over silicon surfaces were found to be anti-reflective and hence useful for solar-cell applications. Thus article proposes a fast and cost-effective technique for fabrication of anti-reflective Si surfaces.
