Liquid mass sensing with resonant micro-plates under harsh drop and spray conditions

Abstract

We perform in-situ sensing of droplet and spray mass using plate-like micro-resonators, where robust and reusable operation was attained over harsh conditions and multiple cycles. An electro-optical sensing system in ambient conditions has been used.
