Optical characteristics of Mn2+ doped ZnS nanoparticles for laser based bio-sensing

Abstract

We synthesize ZnS:Mn2+ nanoparticles using a simplified co-precipitation method. The XRD, HR-TEM and PL analyses were performed to prove the validity of the method. Their characteristics are very comparable with those by conventional methods.
