Multi-Channel DBP for Reach Enhancement of High Capacity M-QAM Super-Channels

Abstract

The combination of joint DSP and wideband digital coherent receivers are explored for the mitigation of nonlinear optical transmission impairments. Application in M-QAM super-channel transmission systems lead to increases in achievable reach and ISD.
