Abstract

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) receivers are proposed to cope with the signal distortion caused by modal coupling, induced by (de)multiplexers, and modal dispersion in mode-division multiplexing systems over single-mode fiber (SSMF) at 850 nm.
