Cellular Imaging Without Fluorescence

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

This talk will provide an overview of recent projects in quantitative cellular imaging using intrinsic optical signatures, such as phase, bi-refringence and refractive index, and present several novel techniques that will underpin the final goal of label-free “super-resolved” three-dimensional (3D) microscopy.
