Improving Quantum Dot Light-Emitting Device Efficiency by Charge Balance Enhancement

Abstract

QDLEDs promise high color quality displays but their electroluminescence efficiency remains low. In this work, the question of charge balance and its influence on device efficiency is addressed. Approaches to increase efficiency are also presented.
