Abstract

Pure-inorganic lead halide perovskites have been very hot and new optoelectronic materials in recent years because of the disappearance of organic cation and highly improvement the stability of perovskite. Herein, we report the crystal structure phase transformation phenomenon occur in size-evolution of solution-processed pure-inorganic lead halide perovskite.
