Optrodes for Electric Field Detection in Muscles and Bacterial Counting

Abstract

Fibre optic probes can be used to monitor induced fluorescence in very small sample volumes. This talk discusses the design of such probes for the detection of electric fields in muscles and for bacterial counting.
