High-throughput Fabrication of Nanoplasmonic Devices for SPR and SERS Biosensing

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We will present high-throughput fabrication techniques for nanoplasmonic devices, including template stripping, nanoimprinting, and interference lithography. Then we will discuss how to combine nanoplasmonic sensors with free-space optics and microfluidics to construct high-performance biosensing instruments.
