Abstract

We investigate mid-infrared supercontinuum generation in dispersion-engineered Ge11.5As24Se64.5 ChG-glass channel waveguides through numerical simulation. A broadband SC spanning from 1.8 to 9 µm could be generated with a moderate peak power of 3 kW.
