Nanoscale Imaging with Terahertz Scanning Tunneling Microscopy

Abstract

A new approach to ultrafast scanning tunneling microscopy that couples terahertz pulses to the scanning probe tip, allowing direct imaging of sub-picosecond phenomena in materials and devices on the nanoscale, is discussed. Article not available.
