SO2 measurement by 2F-harmonic wavelength modulation spectroscopy at 4μm and 7.4μm

Abstract

The measurement performance of SO2 by second harmonic wavelength modulation spectroscopy using an interband cascade laser at 4μm is compared against using a quantum cascade laser at 7.4μm, showing differences in optical interference noise limitation.
