Optical monitoring of oxygen saturation and tissue blood flow in skeletal muscle

Abstract

Near-infrared spectroscopy and diffuse correlation spectroscopy were applied to measure oxygen saturation and blood flow changes in skeletal muscle. Comparison results between healthy subjects and peripheral artery disease patients were given in this study.
