Measurement of glucose concentrations inside agar using parametric standing wave to realize non-invasive blood glucose sensor

Abstract

To realize a noninvasive blood glucose sensor, we propose a method to generate reflection planes inside agar using ultrasonic standing waves. This method allows measurement of the glucose concentrations inside agar samples using mid-infrared spectroscopy.
