Intermittency of Jitter of the Astronomical Images is Non-Kolmogorov’s Turbulence Effect

Abstract

Last results of experimental researches of the light fluctuations decrease in coherent turbulence are presented. Astronomical observations are accompanied by frequent transition from Kolmogorov’s turbulence to non-Kolmogorov’s coherent turbulence (intermittency in the astronomical images jitter).
