Abstract

We report the study of the scattering of p-polarized electromagnetic radiation by gratings of Ag metal, by using perturbation theory, Rayleigh’s method, and an iterative solution proposed by Maradudin [ J. Opt. Soc. Am. 73, 759 ( 1983)].
